I get the very same issue here with my home automation system when the Linux PC is downloading any files over the WiFi, the MQTT messages are delayed big time.

Not sure how good it is in Bogor, but what about using Bolt 4G for your Internet connection? When I demo any device with Internet, I use this for testing but honestly never tried outside Jakarta.
