Ghi g400 cleanup and reuse

I want to unbind a TCP-socket, cleanup the resource and finally bind and listen again at the port.
my problem is, that after the close operation of the socket, the socket already seems to be used.
the release of the previous bound socket by a null assignment has no effect on the blocked port.

I miss very basic functionality. Possibly the set socket options could solve…

My suggestion - stop asking the same question in multiple posts. It’s unlikely to get you a better/faster response
