I tried to reinstall GHI Electronics NETMF SDK 2016 R1.exe today but it fails trying to download Dfu_Se_Demo

I have downloaded DfuSE_Demo directly from StElectronics but that does not seem to help.
The following manual links are suggested by the installer, but they are all broken (404)
